SGAC membership has been steadily growing throughout the years. Among our membership there are many incredible young space enthusiasts who should be recognised for their hard work and contributions to SGAC. In December 2009, the SGAC Executive Council decided to acknowledge one member per month for his or her outstanding work and contributions to SGAC and its goals, and we continued this until today.

Here is Zhuoyan's reaction:
My gratitude goes to SpaceGen for nominating me as Member of the Month and for great support and trust from SGAC. Either as a project lead or as a staff member of local organizing committee for SGC2013, it is a fantastic experience for me to work with intercultural and dynamic space enthusiasts worldwide. I am very pleased to witness all the success of the growing organization and would like to dedicate to further development of the organisation.
Chris Vasko, SGAC Chair:
I am pleased that Zhuoyan is recognized as MOM. Her role in this years' SGC was crucial; amongst other native speakers that were of incalculable value to us, she excelled in balancing cultural understanding, patience and professionalism. She was always present when things had to be done, her smile never leaving her face, and helped where she could. Congrats, Zhuoyan, well deserved!
