SGAC Supports the First SpaceUP Un-Conference in Washington, DC

spaceup_logoWashington, DC's first ever SpaceUP un-conference will be taking place August 27 and 28 (9am-5pm) at the George Washington University's Funger Hall Auditorium, where it will be hosted by the George Washington Space Society (GWSS).

An un-conference is designed to bring together professionals, students, experts, and amateur enthusiasts on various topics (space, in this instance) in a relaxed environment. At SpaceUP, there will be talks by attendees and impromptu discussions on space. People from all walks of the space world will be in attendance, and everybody will have a chance to speak on their topic of choice.
