SGAC Logo

The SGAC logo has 3 people floating in space with the UN-like wreaths of wheat around it.
A lot of thought went in to this logo, and the meaning and symbolism behind it:
If you look at it you see 3 people floating in space.
They float between a blue/green "Earth like" planet and a red/purple
"Mars like" planet, representing our exploration and migration in to space.
There's a star and a crescent moon - two companions we've had since the dawn of
civilisation which have intrigued us about the heavens and inspired us to
understand our universe.
The three people represent a community - we do not go in to space alone, but
with all humanity.
Then finally we have the wreaths of wheat. These are a symbol of peace,
signifying our desire to explore space in a peaceful way. It also associates
us with the UN, as most people think of the UN when they see the wreaths of wheat.
