NoanGea Portal
The NoanGea Portal is a general space-platform.
On our platform you can study space-related sciences and take part in interdisciplinary discussions. Starting from the initial idea of making a homepage for space-interested people, we developed the vision of a general space-platform, the noanGea portal. The main topics, which became clear, are Space, E-ducation, OurWorld, technology-transfer and infomation-portal. In all these fields the focus lies on community formation, information transport, interdisciplinarity, formation of pools for information and media and multiple communication.
E-ducation is a global mirror of world-wide locations of universities and scientific centres. It allows the on-line student access to world-wide top knowledge. Papers and knowledge are free accessible and shared among the community. The Space-Portal is the forward-looking part of our project. You want to experience space? You will find an archive with pictures, data and links to get what you are searching for. Space travel, ecology and techniques are inseparable ideas, unifying all men, our planet earth and our curiosity. In OurWorld you can develop your ideas with others, take active part in projects and discuss solutions with specialists.
To realise these portal we are looking for people who have worked already with Joomla. Much more helpfull would be someone who is willing to do a PHP+MySQL programming job (nothing big to start with). We are planning to use a self-built database fit to our needs instead of the one known ad Joomla-module. The Skript-pool will be a database eventually also with pdf full text index search.
