The Space Generation Congress is 25-27 September (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). We suggest you plan to arrive on Wednesday afternoon or evening as we will have an informal welcoming and get to know each other event.

Generally, the meetings are from 9 am to 6pm each of the three days with 60-90 minutes for lunch and two tea breaks. On at least one night, there will be a dinner as a group. Locations and exact times are still be determined.

CAN WE HANDLE THIS PLEASE?

Dear Kevin!
We all understand that Scotland is the new place to many of delegates, and I do remember last year when I got to Hyderabad I faced some difficulty in getting the tax to take me to the hotel and at the same time I found some guys who were at the airport to pickup the IAC delegates.
Can we have something like shutle which will pick up the delegates only for two days (Tuesday and Wednesday only?)

I think it will be good if we shall manage to do that, and I will be greatful if you will consider that.

Kevin please! Castory raised a very good idea!

I have attended also a number of international thematic conferences in which most of them organizers prepare buses for delegates provided that they are strange to new environment and buses help to have many delegates attending the meeting at once and other arrangements like registration and farmiliarization can be easily done.

hope it is worked upon.

thank you,

Hello Castory and

Hello Castory and Sebastian,
Once we secure the lodging, we will work out transportation methods.

We will also have maps and stuff available on line soon.

Dear Kevin

That will be great Kevin, we real need to make things systematic and well organized because I know that SGC is the great event, so we need to find the way that can help to improve it.
It is the good idea to have maps and other traveling tips online.

Cheerz!!
