"Whats going on up there?" a documentary by Dr Maryanne Galvin
Hi all,
Some people from Space Generation have been interviewed in this movie
and at the end of the movie, the beautiful Space Generation flyer is
in full view. Now that is what I call good PR!
But the PR effect of the movie is not really devastating as we still
have not got millions of members, unfortunately ;-)
Now, during SGC Valencia many people came up with good suggestions on
what could be done to increase the impact of this movie. But all these
great suggestions, what happened to them? Would be a shame if those good
ideas have been lost! Are there people out there with strong memories?
Let's create a list here of what WE can do to make this movie successful.
Jim Volp, Space Generation co-Chair in 2006
BTW We are still in contact with Dr. Galvin and we would obtain material.
Hey, Jim! Thank you for the heads up on the movie.
Do you happen to have a link to the movie or information about it? Is it a documentary for television or a cinema movie or IMAX? Is it available online somewhere, or will it be playing in theaters or on a TV channel? Who from Space Generation is in it? Does it have a website? What would people need from us to support it? Thanks!
There were many suggestions for the movie while in Spain. But the producer of the movie has to deal with distribution contracts first.
There were discussions of having the movie on Youtube, the SGAC website, and other places as well. Before we can do this though, there are things that Dr. Galvin must do first.
Here is a link to the film

I have been in contact with Dr. Galvin about some of this recently as well.
