Studied Astronautical Engineering at University of Applied Sciences in Aachen, Germany. Then worked one year at Max-Planck Institute for Radioastronomy on a subsystem for the HIFI experiment on the Herschel satellite. Completed a Master's course "Space Exploration and Development Systems" (SEEDS) in Torino (I), Toulouse (F) and Bremen (D). Then working as Development Engineer for Space Mechanisms at Austrian Aerospace in Vienna (A). Now working as Operations Engineer at Space Applications Services in Brussels (B). Staff member of SGC 2006-2009. SGAC (Co-)Chair 2007-2009.
