15 Anniversary Episode 4 – The growth of SGAC

For the last three weeks, SGAC has featured our two main events, the SGC and the SGFF, which have seen a great increase not only in number of participants, but in relevance in the space sector, and our participation at the United Nation Committee for Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNCOPUOS).
However, the growth of SGAC is beyond all that. In this episode we are going to highlight some of the main achievements of the organisation and some statistics. These are also serving as measurements since a few years now, and are helping the SGAC Leadership to evaluate the evolution and the strategy for the past and upcoming years.
14 Teams Selected for SGAC's NEO PG 2014 "Find An Asteroid" Search Campaign

After SGAC's call for applications for the third Find An Asteroid Search Campaign, we have received a great response - over 107 people from 27 countries applied, either in teams or as individuals. Out of these, 65 individuals in 14 teams have been selected to take part in the 2014 Search Campaign.
