The Space Generation Advisory Council is looking for an active young space leader from the Europe region to become the next Regional Coordinator (RC) for this Region. This two-year role is a volunteer position that offers a chance to lead and be responsible for the voice of the next generation of young space leaders in the Europe region, especially as activities and excitement in the region has expanded over the past years in the space sector, and at SGAC.
While the mandate of SGAC is to focus on students and young professionals aged 18-35, a big part of the SGAC network constitutes those who have either aged out or who have lost contact with the organization. SGAC is looking for an active and motivated volunteer to manage and grow the SGAC Alumni Programme alongside the Alumni Lead
After the success of the first three editions, SGAC is beginning the preparations for the Italian Space Startup Competition (ISSC) 2022, to be held in Naples in November 2022. We are looking for Organising Team members that will be able to attend the event for its entire duration. The Italian Space Startup Competition will be held in English, but knowledge of the Italian language is preferred.
Open Cosmos offers the opportunity to SGAC members and its associated network to apply for becoming an Open Cosmos Academy Ambassador. As part of this role, you will be given the opportunity to provide training and hands-on workshops on behalf of OC to the academic community and your own network.
