The “Satellites Improve Life” Webinar as part of World Space Week 2020 is launched to engage Canadian students and young professionals in a discussion on ways satellites are being utilized to improve the life of Canadians.

A collaborative initiative between SEDS-Canada and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) to engage with the Canadian university students and young professionals. A webinar series is being jointly developed to highlight the benefits of space exploration in the everyday life of Canadians. A wide range of topics will be covered, ranging from Earth-observing satellites to space technologies advancing human spaceflight while bringing practical applications and solutions to global challenges.
