This is what Yumna had to say about her election

“I am deeply honored to have been elected as the Asia-Pacific Regional Coordinator for SGAC. Over the years, I have actively participated in SGAC and witnessed its remarkable growth and impact on the global space community. This new role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute on a larger scale. The Asia-Pacific region, with many nations still emerging in the space sector, holds immense potential. However, it also faces significant challenges in terms of access to resources and support. My mission is to empower NPoCs through focused training and foster collaboration across the region. Together, we can build a stronger community and work towards shaping a sustainable and inclusive future in space.”
