Yashica Khatri
Mentoring Committee Co-Lead
Yashica Khatri is a PhD student at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing in Astrodynamics and Satellite Navigation. She received her B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in May 2018 and her M.S. from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2020.
Subhrajit Barua
Mentoring Committee Member
Subhrajit is currently pursuing his PhD in biotechnology from ITMO University. He works as the PR and Communications Coordinator for SGAC’s Space Safety and Sustainability Project Group.
He is an ardent astrobiology researcher whose area of research is studying the effects of microgravity and radiation on the genomics and transcriptomics of astronauts.
In 2021, he graduated from the Astrobiology school – Rencontres Exobiologique pour Doctorants organized by The French Exobiology Society. He also has 2 main belt asteroid discoveries to his name.
Besides academia, he is also interested in graphic designing, communications, videography, photography, and science communication.
Dylan Breyne
2nd SGAC x ECSL Model UN Manager
Dylan is a last year master’s student at University Jean Moulin Lyon III studying International Relations and specialising in international security.
He is an academic at heart – he loves art, reading, nature, and all the sciences, and has a particular interest in diplomacy and outer space affairs.
After three years of experience in the Model United Nations world – both as a participant and an organiser – during his bachelor’s in political science and law at Lyon III, he is joining SGAC this year as the event manager for the SGAC x ECSL MUN 2nd edition.
Delphine Urbah
2nd SGAC x ECSL Model UN Deputy Manager
D. URBAH is finishing a master’s thesis in international relationships regarding the geopolitical aspects of interculturality in international human spaceflights. She is involved in SGAC since IAC Dubai 2021 two years ago were she was a delegate and a moderator of the special track working group this year at IAC Paris 2022. She also is an ECSL member since following its summer course in Lisbonne and participating in last year’s MUN Copuos. Furthermore, she did an internship in 2020 at the CNRS working on archives of the international agreements for the first rocket launches and is currently an intern at ESA’s DG’s office.
