Planning Your SpaceGen United Schedule

You have the opportunity to create your own schedule around the working group sessions. Pick and choose the optional events you want to attend as per your schedule throughout the week! These sessions will be recorded so you can catch up later if you need to!
The total time dedicated for the working group sessions are 3 hours on the weekends for the Introduction and Closing sessions and 2 hours for 1 or 2 mid-week control points with your Workshop. Sub-group discussions can be planned at your convenience during the Activity time slots.
In addition, you can showcase your countries and culture on World Night, participate in a space-themed Trivia Night, attend panel discussions and coffee hours for an informal chat with industry experts!
All sessions and optional events will be held in the afternoon in CET (Central European Time) as to accomodate all delegates joining us from the Americas to Asia-Pacific.

Types of Workshop sessions

Introduction – First session to introduce Workshop, SMEs and objectives
Control Point – Mid week check point with SMEs. Note – Each Workshop will have 1 or 2 control points
Close – Final session to present outcomes of discussions with SMEs
Activity – Time slots dedicated for sub-groups within Workshops for discussions/meetings etc. Note these will be scheduled by delegates themselves with moderators/ SGU team available for assistance
