APPLICATION TIMELINE & PROCESS

27^th July – ~~28^th August~~ 27^th September	Applications for the 9th AP-SGW are open! Apply now by completing the application form. Please note that you must be logged in as an SGAC member. If you are not a member, please register at https://spacegeneration.org/register. The SGAC registration and membership is free of charge!
27^th September – 1^st October	SGAC reviews your application. Applications will be evaluated based on your motivation to attend, ability to contribute to the overall event, as well as your insights and passion for space!
1^st October – 3^rd October	SGAC will inform you of the outcome of the selection for 9th AP-SGW. Accepted delegates will receive a confirmation email with a link to proceed with the registration process and workshop fee payment through Eventbrite. Candidates who have not been selected in this round but are still eligible may be put on the waiting list.
3^rd October – 10^th October	Registration and AP-SGW fee payment. If you have been selected, you should register for AP-SGW following the instructions in your confirmation email.
After 10^th October	Candidates on the waiting list will be given the opportunity to register. The ticket sale will be open to everyone on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis, if not sold out already.

Included in the cost of registration for the event are:

Entry to the 9th Asia-Pacific Space Generation Workshop
AP-SGW Delegate Welcome Kit
Onsite Catering (incl. coffee breaks and daily lunch)
AP-SGW Gala Closing Dinner*

* If enough sponsorships are secured the dinner will be provided for free, otherwise each person will have to cover their costs. An update on this will be given to the selected delegates on a later date.

IMPORTANT REMARKS

LIABILITY – The SGAC and/or AP-SGW Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents, losses or damage to private property of Asia-Pacific Space Generation Workshop delegates.

INSURANCE – The SGAC and/or AP-SGW Organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to Asia-Pacific Space Generation Workshop delegates (or their accompanying persons) either during, or as a result of the 9^th Asia-Pacific Space Generation Workshop.
