Conditions and Selection Criteria

Only SGAC members between 18 and 35 years old (counted as actual date of birth and at the time of the event) can apply to the event.

The organising team will proceed to a thorough review of each application based on a selection criteria matrix. This matrix will take into account the answers to the four motivation questions from the application form. Your creativity, honesty, reasoning and motivation will be key elements when reviewing the applications.

Extra points will be given for applicants with little experience attending SGAC events and / or coming from underrepresented countries in the space industry.

Please note that the Working Group preference isn’t considered for the selection of the delegates.

If you have any question regarding this process, you can contact the delegates team at [email protected].
