Responsibilities
- Submit a proposal for your SGAC Owned Event (at least 3 months in advance) – the Events Coordination Team has to review and approve your proposal for you to organise the event on behalf of SGAC
- Comply with SGAC Events Guidelines and ways of working (provided by the Events Coordination Team)
- Ensure regular communications on the status of the event with the Events Coordination Team
- Ensure financial returns for you events and regular budget update (support from the SGAC Finance Team)
- Ensure a good deployment of SGAC in the local area of the event (recruiting new members, reaching out to local sponsors and partners)
- Report the outcomes and results after the event
