[10 May – 31  May [EXTENDED] 7 June, 2026 23:59 CET] Applications open and close;

[May 10th –  June 15] SGAC reviews your application;

[23 June] SGAC will inform you of the outcome of the selection. If your application is selected, you will receive a confirmation email with more details on how to secure your ticket.

[23 June – 9 August 26th, 2026 23:59 CET] Students and YP Early Bird tickets. If you have been selected, you should register at SGC following the instructions in your confirmation email. If you do not register during this period, you lose your Early Bird ticket at SGC. Please note that registration is first-come, first-served.

[16 August – 31 August, 2026 23:59 CET] Students and YP Normal ticket. If you have been selected, you should register at SGC following the instructions in your confirmation email in step 3. If you do not register during this period, you may lose your spot at SGC to delegates on the waiting list.

[31 August 2026] Application opens for the waiting list.
