This year’s workshop will take place from 17^th July to 19^th July, 2026, at the Royal Institution in London, UK.

We will use your application responses to select the delegates for the 2026 E-SGW.

Successful applicants will be notified via email approximately three weeks after the closing of applications.

Following your acceptance, delegates will be invited to purchase their tickets via our online ticketing platform.

Applications are now closed, and we are reviewing everyone submissions.
