South America Space Generation Workshop 2023
The 8th SA-SGW is a two day event made in partnership with Cydonia Foundation and Universidad de América, where students, young professionals, industry leaders and anyone interested in space exploration from the region and all over the world will have the opportunity to discuss and propose solutions to use space technology for the benefit of the region. Workshop will bring 100+ students and young professionals from South America to discuss Space Related topics.
The role of space in climate action
SGAC recently released a report titled "Saving Our Future on Earth Through Our Presence in Space," which details SGAC's policy position on the role of space in climate action. To support this effort, we are hosting a webinar on climate change, environment, and space. Speakers will discuss their work in using space applications in climate monitoring and research and the intersection of space and sustainability. During the webinar, panelists will share their ideas and expertise on environmental issues, and engage with our audience through a Q&A session.
