Francesco Ventre

Francesco Ventre is a business developer and innovation professional working at the intersection of space, mobility, and emerging technologies.
Currently based in Luxembourg, he focuses on business expansion and sales pipeline development across the EMEA region at ispace Europe. With a background in aerospace and space engineering, Francesco has founded and led startups and non-profit organizations in the space ecosystem, including serving as CEO of Walle Mobility and as co-founder and president of PoliSpace.
He has extensive experience in strategy, market analysis, and space entrepreneurship, and is actively involved in international space organizations such as the International Astronautical Federation and Space Generation Advisory Council. Francesco holds an MSc in Space Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has received multiple international leadership and innovation awards for his contributions to the global space community
HR Department Coordinator
Matúš Jedlička

Matus Jedlicka is a Human Resources professional specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition primarily within technology-driven industries. Based in Austria, he currently works as a Recruiter at Innoscripta SE. He holds a Master’s degree in International Management, which complements his focus on working within global and multicultural environments.
Throughout his career, Matus has supported recruitment processes across multiple regions, including Europe and the United States, working closely with hiring managers and international teams to identify and engage talent across technical and business functions. His professional experience spans global organizations where he has contributed to building efficient hiring processes and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Within SGAC, Matus serves as HR Department Coordinator for the Commercial Space Project Group, focusing on supporting the development of collaborative and diverse teams that contribute to the growth of the commercial space community. His expertise includes international management, talent development, and strengthening organizational structures.

Elnara Azimova
Elnara Azimova is a passionate HR professional dedicated to helping people grow and reach their full potential. With a background in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, she brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and a human-centered approach to her work.
With over three years of experience in Learning and Development, Elnara has worked on designing impactful training programs, onboarding systems, and employee development initiatives. She is especially interested in creating meaningful learning experiences that drive both personal and organizational success.
Within SGAC, Elnara Azimova serves as an HR vice coordinator for the Commercial Space Project Group, focusing on supporting recruitment processes, internal communication, and the development of collaborative and diverse teams that contribute to the growth of the commercial space community.
Partnerships Vice-Coordinator
Sem Van Maanen

Sem van Maanen has a background in political science and experience in stakeholder management and public-private cooperation.
He currently serves as vice-coordinator of the partnerships department and is eager to expand the reach of CSPG. In the past, Sem has worked on setting up and facilitating professional development programmes, both as a freelancer and in cooperation with NGOs and civil society; experience he is now leveraging for the benefit of the SGAC and Commercial Space community.
Sem values the importance of international and multidisciplinary environments as fostering innovation and knowledge, and hopes to contribute to this through his role. His professional interests include space entrepreneurship, governance, and ecosystem creation.
Partnerships Co-Coordinator
Anastasia Konstantopoulou

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Anastasia Konstantopoulou serves as the Co-coordinator of the Partnerships Department at CSPG. She currently works in satellite manufacturing, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role in the satellite operations business area in Luxembourg.
Anastasia is driven by a mission to make the space sector accessible to everyone and to lower the barriers to entry for aspiring entrepreneurs. Her primary goal is to expand the reach of the Commercial Project Group, ensuring that the next generation of space leaders has direct access to the specific tools and networks they need to thrive in the industry.
Projects Department Coordinator
Filippo Galassi

Filippo Galassi is an aerospace engineer and space innovation professional working at the intersection of space technologies, geospatial data, and strategic development. He works within the Space and Innovation practice at Business Integration Partners (BIP), where he contributes to the development of new space-enabled solutions based on Earth Observation, satellite navigation, and geospatial data analytics. His work focuses on translating market needs into innovative applications and supporting organizations in accessing research funding and innovation programs.
He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from POLIMI Graduate School of Management, where he developed expertise in strategy, innovation management, and technology-driven business development.
His interests focus on the strategic role of space technologies in addressing global challenges such as sustainability and climate monitoring, while also supporting technological advancement, economic competitiveness, and the strategic autonomy of countries.
Within the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), Filippo contributes to initiatives that promote collaboration and knowledge exchange within the global space community.
Projects Department Vice Coordinator
Dario Germani

Dario Germani is a space policy and governance professional working at the intersection of international relations, security, and the evolving space economy. He currently contributes to corporate governance and stakeholder engagement at Assicurazioni Generali, where he supports policy development, board activities, and financial oversight within a complex regulatory environment.
He has gained experience across key European space institutions, including the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) and the Italian Space Agency (ASI), where he focused on strategic development, security accreditation, and policy analysis. His work centers on the governance, security, and strategic implications of space programs, with particular attention to EU-level coordination and international cooperation.
Dario holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Trieste and a Master in Space Institutions and Policies from SIOI, graduating with top honors. His academic and professional interests focus on the role of space in geopolitics, security, and economic development, as well as the regulatory frameworks shaping the future of the space domain.
Actively engaged in the global space community, he serves within the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) and contributes to research and academic initiatives.
Marketing and Communications Vice-Coordinator
Bastian Crenn

Bastian Crenn is currently completing his Master’s thesis at Politecnico di Milano as part of his Master’s degree at Cranfield University in Astronautics and Space Engineering. During his studies, he developed strong interests in astrodynamics, trajectory design, and mission analysis for space systems, with a particular focus on orbital mechanics and the analysis of satellite missions and constellations. He is currently involved in the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) as the Marketing and Communication Coordinator for the Commercial Space Project Group (CSPG). In this role, he supports the group’s communication and visibility by contributing to communication activities and promoting CSPG initiatives within the global SGAC community.
