[SGC-IAC 2023] Space Generation Leadership Award 2023
One of the goals of the Space Generation Congress (SGC) is to provide an opportunity for interaction between members of the space sector with diverse geographic and technical backgrounds. To enable those members of the SGAC community without sources of funding to attend the event, and recognize our active members, SGAC has been running the Space Generation Leadership Award (SGLA). The Space Generation Leadership Award facilitates the attendance of international delegates who bring unique and insightful firsthand perspectives to the Space Generation Congress. It selects top international applicants to attend the 21st Space Generation Congress (28 - 30 September, 2023) and the 74th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) (2-6 October, 2023) held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
[SGC-IAC 2023] SGAC – OHB SE Competition 2023
OHB SE, one of Europe’s prominent satellite developers, and SGAC are collaborating to support 2 students or young professionals to attend the 21st Space Generation Congress (SGC) and the 74th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) on 28-30 September and 2-6 October, 2023 respectively in Baku, Azerbaijan.
[SGC-IAC 2023] ASI grants to attend the 21st SGC and the 74th IAC
The Italian Space Agency (ASI), in collaboration with the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), offers up to 5 grants to Italian university students regularly enrolled in a Master’s course (corso di laurea magistrale), 2nd level Master’s course or a Doctorate course in an Italian university, to participate in the 72nd International Astronautical Congress (IAC) on October 2-6, 2023 and in the 21st Space Generation Congress (SGC), that will be held on 28-30 September 2023, in Baku, Azerbaijan.
[SGC-IAC 2023] International Space Solar Power Student Competition 2023
The 2023 International Space Solar Power Student Competition is a global, undergraduate and graduate level annual event presented by SPACE Canada, in partnership with the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) Power Committee, National Space Society (NSS), and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), is in its seventh year.
SGAC-Euroconsult Scholarship 2023
SGAC has partnered with Euroconsult to bring 12 Young Professionals to attend the World Satellite Business Week, in Paris, France. The scholarship winners will need to select whether they want to participate in either the Summit for Satellite Financing (SSF) and attend on 11-13 September 2023 or the Summit on Earth Observation Business (SEOB) and attend on 13-15 September 2023.
WSBW Volunteers call 2023
SGAC has partnered with Euroconsult to bring 10 Students and Young Professionals to attend and volunteer for the World Satellite Business Week, in Paris, France. The winners of the award will be able to participate in either the entire WSBW or just part of it (i.e.: Summit for Satellite Financing (SSF) or Summit on Earth Observation Business (SEOB)) and contribute to making a success event by volunteering for some hours during the day as a host/hostess.
