Registrations are open. See below for details on the next steps.

Registrations will be evaluated based on your motivation to attend the SG-Colombia 2025, your insights and passion for space and sustainability, your breadth and depth of experience, as well as your general ability to contribute to the overall event.

IMPORTANT DATES & DELEGATE REGISTRATION PROCESS 

[28th May-27th June] Registration and workshop fee payment period. To register for the event, you need to be an SGAC member on the website of SGAC. Remember that your spot is not guaranteed until having completed this process.  

  • [28th May-11st June] Early bird registration.
  • [12nd June-27th June] Regular registration

Please keep in mind that there will be no deadline extensions, so do not miss the chance to register or secure your ticket afterwards!

REGISTRATION FEES

All prices are listed in USD. Payment will be made only through the Eventbrite registration, which accepts debit cards, credit cards, Nequi card, and Paypal, to see the link to the eventbrite registration you need to register first on the website of SGAC and logged-in your account.

Included in the cost of registration for the event are:

  • Entry to the 2nd SG-Colombia.
  • 2nd SG-Colombia Delegate material and goodies.
  • Talks from top speakers in the aerospace sector in Colombia.
  • Networking, leading to future collaboration, study, and work opportunities.
  • Catering onsite (incl. coffee breaks).
  • Lunch for two days (Quality and quantity of lunches is going to depend upon Sponsorships and delegates registered).
  • 2nd SG-Colombia Cultural Night Event (if enough sponsorships are secured the dinner will be provided for free, otherwise, each person will have to cover their costs).
  • 2nd SG-Colombia Gala Closing Dinner (Each person will have to cover their own costs).

IMPORTANT REMARKS

LIABILITY – The SGAC and/or 2nd SG-Colombia Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents, losses or damage to private property of Space Generation – Colombia Workshop delegates.

INSURANCE – The SGAC and/or 2nd SG-Colombia Organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to 2nd SG-Colombia Workshop delegates (or their accompanying persons) either during, or as a result of the 2nd Space Generation – Colombia Workshop.
