As a part of this innovative project, you will play a crucial role in engaging members, facilitating communication, and ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for our growing audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support membership engagement and outreach efforts for the project group.
  • Assist with onboarding new members and maintaining up-to-date membership records.
  • Coordinate communication between team members and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to foster an inclusive and active community.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be a member of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) aged 18–35.
  • Previous experience in membership management, outreach, or coordination is a plus.

EXPECTED ENGAGEMENT

  • 6-8 hours per month (approximately 2 hours per week).
  • Up to 2 meetings per month.
  • Regular updates via email and/or communication platforms (WhatsApp, Slack).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Curate and write content, including updates, research highlights, and community news.
  • Coordinate with the newsletter coordinator to ensure timely and engaging monthly or bi-monthly editions.
  • Track and analyze newsletter metrics to grow readership and engagement.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Must be a member of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) aged 18–35.
  • Experience with newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Substack) or content creation is a plus.
