Tales from the African Space Generation Workshop

The African Space Generation Workshop (AF-SGW) is a two day regional SGAC event that is held once a year in a different country in Africa. This year’s SGAC AF-SGW was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with the aim of bringing together space experts and young Africans to exchange ideas about how to advance space activities on the continent.

[E-SGW 2020] ISS Crew Fund Scholarship

The ISS Crew Fund in cooperation with the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) is happy to announce the second edition of the ISS Crew Fund Scholarship. This scholarship is an opportunity for students and young professionals to share their views and analysis on the future of human spaceflight and exploration by submitting an essay.

[Space Science Week 2020] National Academies Early Career Program Competition

The Space Studies Board (SSB) of The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will be hosting an Early Career Program during the 2020 Space Science Week taking place on March 31 - April 2, 2020, in Washington, DC.  The Space Studies Board of the National Academies of Sciences will be partnering with the Space Generation Advisory Council to select two SGAC members to attend Space Science Week. 

[SGFF/SS 2020] Australian Space Agency Scholarship

SGAC has partnered with the Australian Space Agency (ASA) to bring two Australian delegates to attend the 9th Space Generation Fusion Forum (March 28 – 30)  and the 36th Space Symposium (March 30 - April 02) in Colorado Springs, USA.
