SGAC and the Maui Economic Development Board are in the process of planning the 2025 EMER-GEN® Program in conjunction with the AMOS Conference. With an intensive 3-day program, September 14-16, 2025, EMER-GEN is a joint initiative of the AMOS Conference and SGAC. The program is designed especially for young professionals and collegiate level students enthusiastic about careers in space.

After the success of the 2024 Space Generation Congress (SGC) held in Milan, Italy, SGAC is beginning preparations for SGC 2025! SGAC is looking for two highly motivated young space leaders to join SGAC as the Congress Manager and Deputy Manager for next year’s event.!
SGAC has partnered with Aurelia Institute, who has chartered a flight from Zero Gravity Corporation for a microgravity research flight. This one-of-a-kind experience will subject 1 flier and the submitted projects to 20 parabolas of reduced gravity.
UNOOSA in collaboration with SGAC, launched the Space4Youth Essay Competition on "Empowering Youth for the Future of Space: Inclusive Opportunities, Skills Development, and Accessible Pathways". The best 5 essays will attend an Adult Space Camp at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
